Warranty Policy 

Our warranty covers all manufacturer’s defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship on the following parts of the chair. -The structural frame -Moving parts -Upholstery This warranty does not apply to the product if it has been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, cleaned wrong cleaning methods. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, cuts, or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. This limited warranty does not apply if the chair is placed outdoors or in a humid environment e.g., bathroom. This limited warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages. Claims should be made within 48 hrs. All return items must be in its original box and packaging

* MobiliModern Seating offers a 1-year warranty for chairs and bars stools. 

** Please inspect all products for damages upon receipt.

**** Claims are to be made within a reasonable time frame upon receipt.

Leatherette or vinyl Suitable cleaning for leatherette or vinyl is household detergent and water with a very lightly damp cloth          

Metal chairs-bar stools Products should be checked periodically for damages, loose screws, nuts, and or glides. No more than 275 lbs. when stacking. Dry dusting legs.  

Wooden chairs-bar stools Suitable cleaning for leatherette or vinyl is household detergent and water with a very lightly damp cloth.   Leatherette or vinyl Check for damages, loose bolts, screws, and glides regularly.Dry or very lightly damp cloth dusting.

*How long does shipping take after I place an order ? 

Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days.
